How often should I service my equipment?

The frequency of servicing depends on factors such as equipment type, usage, and manufacturer recommendations. As a general guideline, we recommend scheduling regular maintenance at least once a year to keep your equipment in optimal condition. However, heavy or commercial use may require more frequent servicing.

How long will the repair or servicing take?

We operate an online booking system to ensure we can complete all work quickly with miminum downtime for your equipment. Most servicing will be completed on the day of the booking.
Sometimes the duration can vary depending on factors such as the complexity of the issue and the availability of parts, however we will keep you informed of the progress throughout.

What if more work is needed?

Any additional work needed is quoted for and sent to you via an online link.
We do not carry out any additional work without your prior authorisation.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards & bank transfers.
When work is complete we will send your invoice online so you can also pay before you collect.

Do you provide onsite servicing or repairs?

Unfortunately not at this time. We carry out all our work in our dedicated workshop based in Unstone, Derbyshire.
We do however offer a local collection and delivery service which can be booked through our online booking portal.

Do you carry out warranty repairs?

We are approved service agents for a number of manufacturers and can carry out warranty work for them. In all warranty cases we require proof of purchase and repair authorisation decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Initial diagnosis costs will apply, unless these are met by the manufacturer when a repair is authorised.
